Hassle-free social media marketing for your dental practice

Meet your new digital marketing agency

A Complete and Integrated Solution

By 2021, the dental industry is projected to be worth around $36.8 billion. That’s a lot of teeth for the tooth fairy.

But if you want your practice to have a piece of the profit, you need to differentiate yourself from your competitors and stop wasting time on old school marketing that just doesn’t work.

Designed to help you thrive and managed for you by dental digital marketing experts, your new digital marketing agency provides a tightly integrated strategy that fits seamlessly into the work your team already does.

Website & Brand Development

While a good website is no longer the huge competitive advantage it once was, you can’t neglect one in favor of social media accounts.

We build you a strong foundation online by implementing best practices like HTTPS security, responsive and mobile-friendly pages that load quickly, analytics codes for Google and Facebook, a call to action located above the fold, and a content management system (CMS) like WordPress or Squarespace.

  • HTTPS Security

  • Responsive and Mobile-Friendly Design

  • Quick-Loading Content

  • Call To Action Located Above The Fold

  • Hosting on a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress or SquareSpace

  • Analytics Codes From Google and Facebook

  • Reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

We will elevate your logo, website, social media accounts, and physical location with branding that presents a unified face to your patients. An accessible website that people can reach quickly on their mobile devices is key to this.

Analytics codes from Google and Facebook will collect data about how many people are visiting your website, what types of actions they are taking on it, and how that is resulting in a purchase decision or action. This will allow us to better reach your patients and help them reach out to you to become your patient or customer.

Social Media Management

Social media presents the largest marketing opportunity for business owners, including dentists, who want to grow their business by increasing leads, customers, sales, and revenue.

Your social media accounts, if managed correctly, are the online eyes, ears, and voice of your company.

We will raise your brand’s profile and reputation, deliver qualified traffic to your website, and boost your bottom line.

With a bit of exposure and nurturing, your business will grow quickly and steadfastly like the vine plant.

Lead Generation & New Patient Acquisition

Lead generation is all about collecting information from people interested in your services. These leads or prospects are then “nurtured” – usually educated and offered deals – until they’re ready to buy. A lead for a dental practice for example, might be someone searching for a new dentist.

In online marketing, successfully capturing lead information typically means you’ve asked a visitor to share their name and email or phone number with you.

We offer lead generation and new patient acquisition to qualifying dental practice owners as part of a comprehensive solution designed to reduce costs, increase productivity, and deliver qualified leads from the local area to your practice.

The one ratio that rules your practice (whether you know it or not)

You’ve probably heard of the Pareto principle, right? It’s also known as the 80/20 rule. It states that for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. A hundred years ago, Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist, observed that about 20% of Italians owned 80% of [...]

What is retargeting?2019-03-07T10:32:21-06:00

Retargeting, also known as remarketing, is the online advertising version of following up with someone – and we all know the fortune is in the follow-up! If you’re not retargeting, you’re leaving money on the table.

Here’s how it works: on the average website, only about 2% of web traffic will convert on the first visit. That makes sense, right? People like to do their research before they commit to something, including a dental appointment.

Retargeting is about getting your brand in front of people who have already engaged with you in some way. Maybe they clicked on one of your ads, visited your website, or even started to book an appointment on your website but didn’t complete the process.

Using Facebook Custom Audiences, you can show ads to those specific people and give them that gentle push they need to complete the action. Retargeting is also often cheaper than other Facebook ads since it’s usually a pretty small audience, and it’s more effective because those folks were already this close to converting anyway.

Retargeting is one of the most effective, profitable tools you have. There are always going to be people who show interest in your practice but don’t convert right away, and retargeting is an incredible tool to push people who already know about you into taking action.

Is organic reach dead?2019-03-07T11:19:21-06:00

On Facebook? Yes, most definitely.

You used to be able to reach potential new customers more or less reliably just by posting great free content on Facebook – but no more.

There are two reasons for this:

  1. Paid Facebook ads are drowning out businesses’ organic content.
  2. According to Facebook’s Head of News Feed Adam Mosseri, Facebook is committing “to make News Feed more about connecting with people and less about consuming media in isolation.”

So if you’re only posting free content on Facebook, you’re getting drowned out both by paid ads and by everyone’s sister’s baby pictures.

Facebook pages are still a great tool for updating and communicating with your most loyal customers and generating buzz for special events or offers. But to make them effective, you need to complement them with paid Facebook ads to make sure you don’t get lost among your college roommate’s political rants and cat pictures.

Do lookalike audiences work?2019-02-08T15:22:27-06:00
How do I set up custom audiences?2019-02-08T15:21:14-06:00

In the audience section of your Facebook Business Manager, click “˜Create Audience.’

You can choose to upload a customer file and Facebook will do its best to match customer information to people on Facebook.

You can also create custom audiences based on how people interacted with your Facebook page and ads or website. For example, based on video views, other engagements with your content, or pages they visited on your website after they clicked on an ad

“˜Website Traffic’ is a particularly powerful tool since it lets you target people based who visited a certain part of your website, but didn’t convert. You can do this by targeting people who went to one URL but not the next URL that they should go to AFTER they converted.

How do I install a Facebook Pixel?2019-03-07T15:10:34-06:00

A Facebook Pixel is just a piece of code that you put onto your website –but don’t freak out about the word “code.” Facebook will generate the code for you, and all you have to do is copy and paste it into the header of your website (that way, it’ll be on every page).

You can also get the pixel to fire (i.e. get Facebook to track) when visitors to your site do something specific like buy a product, visit a specific page, or submit contact information. This is a bit more involved but still pretty simple.

Click here for Facebook’s super-simple explanation of how to set up your pixel.

What is a Facebook Pixel?2019-03-07T15:16:15-06:00

A Facebook Pixel is the little piece of code makes all retargeting possible. But don’t worry! Facebook generates the code for you, so you don’t need to know anything about coding to use it.

Basically, the pixel remembers who was on your website and what pages they went to. This makes it possible for you to show specific ads to people who went to certain pages or completed certain actions.

For example, you can retarget someone who started booking an appointment with you and then stopped part way through. Or you can show new ads to people who already gave you their email address.
